These Terms govern the use of Naixol Smart Paper Builder by authorized schools and teachers.
1. The service
Naixol Smart Paper Builder is provided to assist authorized schools and teachers in preparing internal examination papers. Access requires verified registration and approval.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password and school code confidential. One email address may hold only one active account. Accounts may be suspended for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Ownership
Naixol owns its software, code, interface, templates, system question library and authorized branding. Teachers retain rights in their original questions, subject to the limited licence Naixol needs to store, process, back up and generate their papers. School-shared content is governed by school permissions. Imported copyrighted material remains subject to the rights of its original owner. Content created under a school-linked teacher account is additionally licensed to that school for operational continuity — including transfer of the account to a successor teacher when a teacher leaves, subject to the dual-email confirmation process.
4. Permitted use
Generated papers may be used internally by the authorized teacher and school. Operating a commercial paper-generation or resale service using the platform requires Naixol's written authorization.
5. Pricing
Phase 1 does not process payments. Naixol may later set prices for premium features, additional storage, custom templates, increased paper limits or support, with prior notice.
6. Service changes and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis during the current phase. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Naixol's liability is limited; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing framework
These Terms are intended to operate within the laws of Pakistan, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002. Disputes should first be raised with Naixol support.
