Data we collect
Registration data (school and teacher names, emails, phone numbers, addresses), account activity needed to run the service (papers, questions, imports), technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security, and policy-acceptance records.
Student data
Student names, roll numbers and classes are imported by teachers solely to print papers. Each school's student data is isolated from every other school and is never sold or used for advertising.
How we use data
To operate the service, verify identity (email OTP), send transactional email, secure accounts, and fulfil legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Archived accounts are kept through the configurable recovery period (default 30 days) and then handled per the Data Retention Policy: restore, anonymize or permanently delete by an authorized administrator, with every action recorded.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through your dashboard or the contact page.
