School Registration Guide

1. Fill the form

Provide the school name, type, owner/principal name, contact person, school email, phone, address details and a password. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Verify your email

A six-digit code is sent to the school email. It expires after 10 minutes; you can request a new code after a 5-minute cooldown. Repeated wrong attempts temporarily lock verification.

3. Wait for approval

After verification your application is reviewed by the Naixol team. If rejected, the reason is included so you can reapply correctly.

4. Receive your school code

On approval you receive a secure code like NX-LHR-7K42P. Share it only with your teachers. If it is ever exposed, regenerate it from your dashboard — the old code stops working immediately.

5. Approve your teachers

When a teacher registers with your code, you receive an approval request. The teacher gains access only after both their email verification and your approval.

Note

Unfinished registrations expire after 24 hours and their temporary data is deleted automatically.
